This is one of my all time favorite summer snacks. Flaky crust, seasoned cream cheese, and loads of veggies. Quick and so easy.
Hm, hm good!
While my crescent rolls cooked in the oven, I mixed together a cup of sour cream and 8oz of cream cheese. I added Herbs de Provence, salt, and cracked pepper for delicious flavor.
Flaky crust right out of the oven!
After it cooled, I spread the mixture onto the crust.
And topped with all my chopped veggies.
Carrots, peppers, broccoli, and cucumbers all a must, but you could really add whatever veggies you prefer.
