I found this recipe, but wanted to add a few things to what already looked so delicious!
We like a lot of veggies in our meals so I decided to add baby dutch yellow potatoes, peppers, banana peppers, onions, carrots, and celery.
She used Cajun Seasoning, but I went with Old Bay.
Go heavy on the seasoning, since I'm breastfeeding I had to hold back, but it would definitely be even better with more spice to it.
This turned out sooooo delicious!
I shook the pan several times while it roasted for 35 min. on 400 and let the kielbasa get really nice and brown.
