Foodie Fridays: Pan-Roasted Chicken with Lemon-Garlic Green Beans and Red Potatoes

Welcome to Foodie Fridays! 
I hope to share with y'all each Friday a new, healthy (sometimes maybe not so healthy) recipe. Hopefully giving you a new idea for that weekend's dinner. 
Here's today's Foodie Friday Recipe: 
 Easy, healthy dinner for two. I left the garlic cloves out and just used garlic powder. I added lemon zest to the marinade too. I also covered it with tinfoil to let it steam and not dry out the chicken. A week later we had family visiting and I tried this recipe again with asparagus instead of green beans. Have you ever tasted a roasted lemon? They are delicious! With this recipe, I lined the bottom of the pan with thinly sliced lemons and once it is all cooked putting a slice on my fork with a piece of chicken was delicious!!!
 It was a hit and a family approved clean eating recipe. Hubs has asked for it twice since I made it.
